Terms of Service

Last updated July 23, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Gnomon LLC (“inspire.day”, “we”). They cover your use of the inspire.day service, which writes, designs and publishes scripture posts to the social media accounts your church connects. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Who can use inspire.day

The service is for churches and their staff or volunteers. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your church, including authorized to connect its social media accounts. You are responsible for everyone who uses your church's account.

What the service does

You choose themes and a posting schedule; inspire.day generates branded posts built around a Bible verse and publishes them to your connected Facebook Page, Instagram and X at the times you set. You can review, edit, reschedule or delete any post before it goes out, and you can turn on an approval step so nothing publishes without your sign-off.

Connecting your social accounts

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram or X account, you authorize inspire.day to publish the posts you have scheduled to that account on your behalf. You remain bound by the terms and policies of each platform (Meta's and X's), and you are responsible for having the right to post to the accounts you connect. You can disconnect any account at any time on the My Social Networks page, which deletes its access tokens immediately.

Your content and scripture

Your church's name, logo, and the posts we create for you remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to generate, store and publish that content to the accounts you connect, and to display it back to you in the app.

Scripture is quoted verbatim from the World English Bible (public domain) unless your church licenses another translation; we never alter, paraphrase or invent verse text. Captions and reflections are drafted with AI and are yours to review and edit before publishing — you are responsible for what you choose to publish.

Acceptable use

Use inspire.day only for lawful church communication. Do not use it to post content you have no right to publish, to harass or deceive, to break a platform's rules, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse- engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Subscriptions, trial and billing

inspire.day is a paid subscription with a 14-day free trial. Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. After the trial, your plan renews automatically for its billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing page — access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and your posts publishing on time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Social platforms can change their APIs, rate-limit, or reject content for reasons outside our control; when a publish fails we surface it to you rather than hiding it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gnomon LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using inspire.day and delete your church's account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or that we are legally required to remove. On termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms materially, we will email account owners before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Gnomon LLC is organized. Questions: hello@inspire.day, Gnomon LLC.
