inspire.day is operated by Gnomon LLC. The service writes, designs and publishes scripture posts to the social media accounts a church connects to it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to remove it.
Account data. The email address you sign in with, your name if you provide one, and the church you belong to.
Church data. The church name, logo, time zone, brand colors, chosen themes and posting schedule.
Social media connection data. When you connect Facebook, Instagram or X, we receive and store access tokens (and, for X, the refresh token that keeps the connection alive), the ID and display name of the Page or account you selected, and — from Meta — the app-scoped user ID of the person who connected it. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never shown in the app or sent to your browser.
Content we generate. The posts we create for you: scripture text, captions, images, the schedule they run on, and the result of each publish attempt.
Billing data. Subscription status and identifiers from Stripe. We never see or store card numbers — Stripe handles payment details directly.
Cookies. One cookie, to keep you signed in. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers, so there is no consent banner to click.
To generate and publish your posts on the schedule you set, to show you the calendar and results, to bill your subscription, and to email you about your account — for example when a connection breaks and posts would otherwise fail silently.
We do not sell your data, we do not advertise to you, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Only the providers that make the service work: Meta and X (to publish the posts you scheduled), OpenAI (to draft captions and reflections — the request contains the scripture, theme and tone, not your personal data), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Cloudflare (image hosting), Railway (hosting), and Sentry (error diagnostics). Each receives only what its job requires.
If you use the optional video feature, the post's title, verse and reflection are sent to revid.ai to render the video. Nothing about you or your church's people goes with it.
Error reports sent to Sentry are stripped of secrets before they leave our servers: access tokens, sign-in cookies and the codes returned by Facebook or X during connection are removed, not merely hidden.
As long as your church has an account with us. Cancel and ask us to delete, and we remove your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
Disconnect a social account at any time on the My Social Networks page — that deletes its tokens immediately. Removing inspire.day from your Facebook settings does the same automatically.
To delete the Meta data associated with you, use Facebook's data deletion request; you can check its status on our data deletion page. To delete a church and everything in it, write to privacy@inspire.day from an owner's address.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to receive a copy of it. Write to privacy@inspire.day and we will answer within 30 days.
inspire.day is a tool for church staff and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
